I am disappointed with this supplier’s service and product quality. The containers arrived with incorrect color assignments despite our written discussions and confirmations. Furthermore, the printed logo and text begin to wear off after approximately four uses, making the products unsuitable for commercial sale. Additionally, 100 stainless steel roller inhalers from a previous order were not shipped. The supplier acknowledged this omission, but the issue remains unresolved. Instead of providing correctly manufactured containers with durable printing and shipping the missing items, the supplier is asking me to apply for a refund. This situation has caused commercial inconvenience and delays. I recommend that buyers document all specifications, confirm samples carefully, and establish clear quality-control requirements before production. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this supplier unless these issues are properly resolved.
